Bespoke Bikram Sauna

To create a Sauna space in which the client can partake in their hot yoga practice. The sauna allows for enough space to engage in a full yoga workout while not feeling cramped or tight for space in length or head height. The practice is renowned for various health benefits such as increased flexibility, detoxification, enhanced circulation and improved strength.

 

Our Yoga Sauna typifies a traditional Nook design including all the key design elements we use across our buildings, timber framed structure, charred cladding, large windows and contemporary interiors. The Sauna included a log store porch for the wood fired Humm element and a pull-out bench to create a bigger floor space where necessary.
